WHAT IS MEDITATION ?

MEDITATION is an exercise for our brain in a way (EXERCISE). First we should know how our brain works. In this we have to train our mind to focus on one thing and that is our breath, why the breath itself? The reason behind that is because the breath is always there, we do not need to put any extra effort on it and we will not get any other consideration. To meditate, you should sit comfortably somewhere, it is not necessary that you have to do some asanas. You can sit wherever you like.

Now you have to take some deep breaths, breathe in and out through the nose, this increases the amount of oxygen in our blood (blood). With which our mind starts to calm down. Then you have to close your eyes and concentrate in your breath, focus your attention on your breath. You have to breathe, you have to leave. This process is meditation or meditation. In this process different thoughts will come in your mind, but you have to concentrate on your breath by ignoring them all (NEGLECT) and keep doing this action again.

MEDITATION HAS THREE STAGES: 

(1) Pay attention to the breath.

(2) When a thought comes to your mind, realize it and let it go.

(3) Do the same action again by focusing on the breath again.

This is MEDITATION. When you are starting, do it for at least 15 to 20 minutes and you will see a lot of change in your life. All the negative feelings that you have will go away, your mind will remain focused and you will definitely achieve your goals. You will also see the benefits of meditation. Due to meditation, there will be positive changes in your personality and your mind and brain will remain stable.
